Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PyRun (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service and Conduct

PyRun is a tool provided for educational and developmental purposes, allowing users to write and execute Python code directly within their web browsers. You are solely responsible for any code you write, execute, or share. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree not to use the Service to execute malicious scripts, attempt distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, mine cryptocurrency within the browser environment, or engage in any activity that circumvents our execution sandboxes.

3. Browser-Based Execution Environment

All code execution occurs locally on your machine via WebAssembly (Pyodide). PyRun does not compute, monitor, or control the execution of the code on our backend servers. Because computing happens locally, performance limits are dictated strictly by your local hardware limitations and browser thread memory allocation.

4. User Generated Content and "Share" Feature

We do not store your code on our servers unless you explicitly invoke the "Share" functionality. Shared code snippets are uploaded to our database to generate a unique routing identifier. Shared code is considered public data and can be accessed by anyone who possesses the generated link. PyRun reserves the right to delete shared code snippets at any time without notice.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

PyRun may display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your visit to PyRun and other websites. PyRun does not endorse the products or services advertised and holds no liability for the content found on external sites linked from our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The PyRun platform, encompassing its visual design, UI layouts, underlying architecture, and branding, is the intellectual property of PyRun Labs. The individual Python code snippets you author remain your own intellectual property.
